WHAT YOU NEED ? 所需食材
 
-酪梨 avocado 1/2
-檸檬 lemon1/2
-洋蔥 onion 1/2
-吐司 2 slides of toast
-雞蛋 egg*1
-小番茄 tomtos *2~3
(-胡椒適量 peper)
 
HOW TO MAKE IT ? 料理步驟
 
-將洋蔥切碎與酪梨和檸檬混合完成酪梨醬
-煎蛋和番茄
-吐司塗抹酪梨醬再放上煎蛋和番茄
除此之外,也能將蛋和番茄替換成任何你喜歡的食材,像是生菜和雞柳,就變成酪梨漢堡啦
 
You just need 3 steps to get it done
-chop the onion and mix it with avocado and lemon
-fried an egg and tomatoes
-put all the ingredients mentioned above on the toast
-By the way, you can replace the tomatoes and eggs with lettuce and chicken fillet to make an avocado burger.
